Description
-
Visual Dispersion (Mechanical): The design exhibits “Convectional Fluid-Dispersion.” Within the background currents, the pigments are dispersed in long, pulled ribbons characteristic of Suminagashi or Ebru marbling. This provides a tactile “slick” surface quality where the color density is stretched into fine, hair-like filaments at the edges of the swirls, mimicking the natural movement of pigment suspended in a high-viscosity mineral medium.
-
Pigment Dispersion (Zonal): The design features “Viscous Zonal Graduation.” Dispersion follows the “spiral” of the flow. The color moves from high-density charcoal “impact nodes” to light, vaporous “smeared” cream textures, mimicking the natural drag of a palette knife or a heavy-body brush across a wet mineral surface.
-
Edge Dispersion (Melted-to-Metallic): The boundaries of the forms feature a “Flux Transition.” The various color volutes exhibit a melted, “blended” dispersion where they collide, creating soft-focus gradients, while the ochre ribbons maintain a sharper, more “metallic” dispersion at their perimeters to provide a high-contrast structural accent.
