Description
-
Visual Dispersion (Hydrodynamic): The primary crimson washes exhibit “Hydrodynamic Boundary Pooling.” The pigment is dispersed such that it has migrated to the edges of the organic forms, creating saturated “tide lines” that suggest a high water-to-pigment ratio during the drying process.
-
Pigment Dispersion (Mottled): The softer pink and grey areas show “Granular Tonal Mottling.” Within these washes, the pigment is dispersed in uneven, cloudy clusters that mimic natural mineral deposits, adding a tactile, artisanal dimension to the print.
-
Linear Dispersion (Kinetic): The gold and black arcs feature “Fragmented Kinetic Trajectories.” Instead of solid, unbroken lines, the metallic and dark pigments are dispersed in “broken” paths that follow a sweeping gestural movement, giving the arcs a shimmering, light-catching quality.
