Description
-
Visual Dispersion (Background): The background exhibits “Epistolary Dispersion.” Fragments of text and script are scattered randomly, appearing and disappearing behind layers of “paint” and “torn paper.” This breaks up the negative space with high-frequency detail.
-
Texture Dispersion (Erosion): The white scuff marks and scratchy patches show “Distressed Dispersion.” They simulate the erosion of a surface (like a weathered wall), dispersing the background color to reveal “white noise” underneath.
-
Foreground Dispersion (Painterly): The flowers themselves show “Opaque Dry-Brush Dispersion.” Unlike the wet watercolor of image 103, these flowers are opaque. The brushstrokes (especially on the white flower) show the “drag” of a drier medium like gouache or acrylic, creating texture within the petals.
