• Visual Dispersion (Segmented): The primary composition exhibits “Zonal Value Segmentation”. The pigments are dispersed in distinct, rectangular “blocks” or “patches,” each maintaining its own pattern density, which creates a high-energy optical vibration across the surface.

• Pigment Dispersion (Mottled): Within the individual terracotta patches, the pigment features “Internal Wash Mottling”. The color is dispersed unevenly to suggest a high-dilution dip-dye technique, providing a sense of soft-focus depth and hand-painted texture within each segment.

• Edge Dispersion (Sharp-to-Frayed): The boundaries of the main forms feature “Fractured Fluid Dispersion”. While the grid-like “patchwork” structure provides a general structural order, the individual motifs (like the starbursts) maintain a soft, “frayed” edge where the pigment has traveled naturally into the fabric grain.
