Description
-
Visual Dispersion (Boundary): The dark obsidian leaves exhibit “Hydrodynamic Boundary Pooling.” The pigment is dispersed such that it has migrated to the edges and central veins of the leaves, creating naturally saturated “outlines” that define the shapes without the need for separate pen work.
-
Pigment Dispersion (Vaporous): The peach flowers show “Vaporous Atmospheric Bleeding.” The color is dispersed so thinly and with such a high water-to-pigment ratio that the forms lack hard boundaries, appearing as soft “glows” within the composition.
-
Textural Dispersion (Capillary): The background washes exhibit “Capillary Texture Dispersion.” As the peach and grey washes dried, the pigment particles settled into the physical “tooth” of the paper, creating a grainy, artisanal surface quality that adds a tactile dimension to the digital print.
